Primary Care Physician

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for acute and chronic illnesses
• Lead care teams
• Care coordination with specialists and hospitalists
• Manage patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and health promotion
• Act as a health coach to set and follow up on patient goals
• Simplify care plans for better adherence
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Engage with patients both in-office and through transitional care
• Support center operations
• Participate in recruiting
• Foster a positive, accountable culture

Qualifications & Skills

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar
• Active state medical license
• Board eligibility or certification preferred
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for local and regional travel

Pay

Salary range is $221,141 - $315,915, with potential bonuses.
