About the role

Outpatient Primary Care in a full-time, community-centered role.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive outpatient primary care within full scope of license
• Managing approximately 36 patient contact hours weekly
• Utilizing EPIC EMR system with advanced dictation and AI note-taking tools
• Collaborating with a team to improve community health and patient outcomes

Qualifications And Skills

• Unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain)
• National certification through AANC, AANP, or NCCPA
• At least two years of primary care experience
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Preferred: experience with Value-Based Care, outpatient primary care, Medicare wellness visits, and EMR proficiency
