Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care (Outpatient) to join a clinician-led care organization. Key Responsibilities Include Providing outpatient primary care within full scope of practiceManaging 18-22 patients daily with 36 contact hours weeklyUtilizing EPIC EMR, Dragon dictation, and AI notetaking toolsSupporting clinical workflow with dedicated MA team, onsite lab, and pharmacy resourcesWorking Monday to Friday during daytime hoursSupporting out-of-state candidates with relocation assistanceWelcoming new graduates to apply Qualifications and skills: Unrestricted Arizona license or eligibilityNational certification (AANC/AANP or NCCPA)Current DEA registration and BLS certificationPreferred experience in outpatient primary care, value-based models, and EMR proficiency Compensation and benefits: Competitive salary, $104,500-$156,000/yearComprehensive health benefits, CME allowance, PTO, retirement plan, and starting bonusPerformance-based rewards and career growth opportunities Equal employment opportunity and drug-free workplace policies are in place.
