Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About the role
The role involves managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and occasionally conducting tele-health visits. Continuous learning occurs through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates is facilitated through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. Opportunities exist to perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
Responsibilities
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing your specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in Maryland, obtained by your One Medical start date

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $135,700 - $162,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
