About the Opportunity

This locum assignment provides primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting in Portsmouth, NH. The role offers a steady weekday schedule with clinical support onsite.

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient clinic

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 18 to 20 patients
• Deliver comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with MA and RN support to ensure smooth patient flow
• Document patient encounters and care plans in Athena

Qualifications

• Active licensure or eligibility to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician
• Experience providing primary care in an outpatient clinical setting
