Primary Care - Internal Medicine (Westridge / Ridgewood Medical) - Registered Nurse-Level 2

Responsibilities

• Provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards.
• Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
• Supervision of LPN’s, Ambulatory Tech as assigned.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in direct nursing care required.
• Must possess strong assessment and communication skills along with the ability to work independently.
