MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for those with more than 2 years of experience. The bonus amount is prorated for part-time hires, and per diem hires are ineligible.
About the Role
MaineHealth's Internal Medicine and Pediatric teams in Windham, ME are seeking a Registered Nurse to join their collaborative and patient-centered practice. The position is a Monday–Friday, Day shift role.
Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Affords a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of recent RN experience required.
Qualifications
- Must be in good standing and meet RN I requirements to advance from RN I level.
Skills
The ideal candidate holds a BSN and has at least two years of RN experience, though other strong nursing backgrounds are considered.
