Responsibilities
- Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Providing direct resident care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting wound care
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and coordination
- Providing direct resident care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and wound care as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
- Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
