Primary Care FNP/PA

About the opportunity

Schedule: 32 hours providing clinical care, 8 hours for administrative tasks.
Setting: 100% outpatient.
Patient population: all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Performing in-office procedures, as needed.

Qualifications

• The completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience.
• NP or PA licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Great interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and strong attention to detail.
