Primary Care FNP/PA

About the opportunity

Schedule: 32 hours a week
Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient population: all ages

Responsibilities

• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Perform in-office procedures, as needed.

Qualifications

• The completion an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• NP or PA licensure
• Great interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and strong attention to detail
