Primary Care Assistant RN: PRN, Days

About the role

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Position located at Mercy Hospital Southeast - Primary Care Clinic, 817 S Mount Auburn Street, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements

• Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
