Primary Care Assistant MA/LPN - Full Time

About the role

This role supports primary care operations by performing triage, identifying abnormal symptoms, notifying physicians, and assisting with treatment following established protocols. The position includes managing electronic health records using EPIC, handling test results, medication refills, and inputting orders to support clinical teams.

Qualifications

• For LPN candidates: Diploma in Practical Nursing, current licensure, and 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• For Medical Assistant candidates: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred, plus at least one year of patient care or medical office experience.
• Certifications such as BLS and IV certification are required within specified timeframes.
• Attendance at clinic training is required.
