Primary Care Assistant MA/LPN

About the role

Support clinic operations as a Primary Care Assistant (MA/LPN), contributing to efficient and patient-centered primary care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain histories and vitals.
• Assist with exams, minor procedures, and administer medications and immunizations within scope.
• Accurately document in the EHR.
• Coordinate tests, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Maintain infection control standards.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to provide respectful, patient-centered service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in primary care delivery.

Requirements

• Relevant medical assisting or LPN certification/experience.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of EHR documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and infection control standards.
