Responsibilities
- Collaborate with providers and the clinical team to improve quality outcomes
- Perform advanced rooming, medication reconciliation, and care gap closure
- Patient communication

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Active LPN certification
- Completion of MA competencies and training
- At least one year in outpatient care (preferred)
- Proficiency with EHR systems (preferred)
- BLS certification (preferred)

Physical Demands
