LPN or Medical Assistant - Clinic Float Pool

We are seeking a Patient Care Support professional to assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses with daily patient care activities in a mission-driven organization dedicated to compassionate care, quality, safety, and community service. Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and maintain supplies
• Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Learn and execute diagnostic tests such as X-rays and non-waived testing
• Support effective patient and staff relationships
• React calmly in emergency situations
• Learn electronic systems for medical records and ordering

Requirements

For Medical Assistants:

• High school diploma
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in vital signs, communication, and basic computer skills

For Licensed Practical Nurses:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN license in Missouri
• BLS certification
• Skills in patient history, education, and diagnostic equipment
