Primary Care Assistant

Role: Primary Care Assistant (MA or LPN) Responsibilities: Support providers in delivering high-quality outpatient care by rooming patients, obtaining vitals, performing basic clinical procedures within scope, and accurately documenting in the EHR. Assist with scheduling, referrals, and patient follow-up to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintain exam rooms and uphold infection-control standards to promote a safe environment.
