About the role

Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing healthcare services to patients in the clinic, under direction and responsibility of physician(s). This is a Part-Time, .85 FTE, role working 3 days a week 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday, Thursday, Friday or 4 days a week 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday out of our Plymouth location. Almara Women's Health | Haugen OB/GYN is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in the clinic (e.g., room and prep patients; order x-rays; compile patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination)
• Perform procedures such as suturing and wound care
• Implement patient management plans, record progress, and assist in provision of care
• Consultations with (phone or in-person) patients
