Pricing Analyst V (Intel, Cyber & Energy)

Responsibilities

• Leads development of cost/price proposals for medium to complex projects
• Prepares detailed cost models and narratives for proposal submissions
• Ensures proposal compliance with internal and external guidelines
• Crafts proposal strategies to align with business objectives
• Mentors and directs junior pricing staff during complex proposals
• Collaborates with various teams to gather necessary pricing data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred with reduced experience
• 12+ years in cost proposal preparation or development
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and cost accounting standards (CAS)
• Experience in advanced financial modeling and pricing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work under pressure with shifting deadlines
