Pricing Analyst - Senior (Hybrid)

Role Overview The Pricing Analyst III plays a key role in supporting the profitability and growth of the Motion Control Systems business through pricing strategy, analysis, and execution. They collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Commercial Leadership to develop and implement pricing initiatives that optimize margins while maintaining market competitiveness. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include partnering on pricing strategies aligned with business goalsdeveloping and maintaining pricing modelsconducting market and customer analysesleading pricing initiatives such as price increases and promotional pricingsupporting new product pricing and lifecycle strategiesmonitoring pricing realization and margin performancecreating dashboards and reports for leadershipanalyzing customer and channel profitabilitycollaborating on forecasting and planningdriving continuous process improvementssupporting strategic projects and negotiationsserving as a subject matter expert on pricing systems and data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field3+ years in pricing, analytics, product management, or related rolesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and large dataset analysisExperience in developing pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability assessmentsStrong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skillsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Preferred Skills 5-7+ years of experience, especially in manufacturing or industrial environmentsKnowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQLExperience with pricing software, CPQ platforms, and supporting distributor or OEM modelsExperience with DOD programs and applicationsAdvanced degree such as an MBA This role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary range.
