Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Pricing Analyst will ensure submittals comply with government contracting regulations and solicitation requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and Statements of Work (SOW) requirements.
• Ensure adherence to approved labor categories and non-labor accounts; review all internal pricing data.
• Analyze data and current industry pricing trends; conduct cost analysis.
• Participate in proposal kick-off meetings, define pricing requirements/schedule, and follow up with the team to ensure accurate and timely proposal submission.
• Work closely with the Proposal Manager to facilitate the proposal approval process.
• Provide pricing negotiations support as needed.
• Assess input and documentation from proposal team members; advise on sufficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including proposal, accounts, and HR.
• Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards.
• Perform account-based analyses on competitive cost, price trends, and historical bid price points for proposals, joint-ventures, and subcontracting agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Experience interpreting data of a technical/programmatic nature.
• Understanding of research and analysis methods.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder only.

Pay

$90,000–100,000 annually.
