Pricing Analyst

About the role

Kelly is seeking two detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Administration Analysts to support a growing pricing team within a corporate organization based in Lake Forest. This is a fully remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates working in the Central or Eastern time zones. The pricing team supports customers in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, including major national restaurant organizations. The role provides administrative and analytical support for a high volume of pricing requests, including maintaining pricing data, validating pricing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer pricing records, including new pricing, pricing updates, and price increase information.
• Support administrative and data-management activities related to pricing changes.
• Coordinate the completion, validation, and submission of pricing templates and documentation through customer portals.
• Review pricing data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to customer price increases.
• Serve as a resource for pricing-related questions from Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Shared Services, Forecasting, and other departments.
• Troubleshoot pricing and data issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency.
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to data accuracy and team effectiveness.
• Manage multiple pricing requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and troubleshoot data or pricing issues.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Strong computer and systems aptitude with the ability to learn new software and tools.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data while maintaining accuracy.
