Responsibilities
- Load and verify customer rebate contracts with a team of four to ensure they are processed within a 24–48-hour time frame of receipt from the supplier.
- Work independently to load rebate contracts while communicating contract issues and trends to the Team Lead and Rebate Manager.
- Ensure accuracy to maintain positive customer experience and protect selling margins.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an office setting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of Access and Cognos preferred
- A basic understanding of rebate and pricing terms is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to learn and master new software systems
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining team relationships
- Must be able to work in a combined onsite and remote capacity
