Customer Service Representative

About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Maintain and monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking abilities with exceptional organizational skills
• The ability to handle pressure and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
