Preventative Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join the 7-Eleven team as a Preventative Maintenance Technician I and help keep our stores running smoothly. Your expertise will ensure our equipment—from Slurpee machines to HVAC systems—operates at peak performance, directly impacting customer convenience and community support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.) and replace ‘plug and play’ components.
• Order and manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments for efficiency.
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines.
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Skills

• Leadership and effective communication.
• Ability to manage projects, stretch assignments, and facility location ownership.
