Preventative Maintenance Technician
About the role
The Preventative Maintenance Technician (PMT) is responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep of 20 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region, completing a wide variety of preventative maintenance tasks at two locations per night. The home store for this position is based at 466 Delk Rd., Marietta, GA 30067.
Responsibilities
- Complete 4 hours of preventative maintenance tasks per store at two store locations per night, following an annual PM schedule.
- Maintain a stock of preventative maintenance parts and order replacements as needed via picklist.
- Act as the team lead for the Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
- Serve as the primary driver of the crew vehicle (Pressure Washing Technician will be the secondary driver).
- Assist the Pressure Washing Technician with minor repairs to pressure washing equipment.
- Maintain stock and install normal wear parts to keep washing equipment operable.
- Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
- Report any equipment repairs needed via Service Channel.
Requirements
- Schedule: 8 PM to 4 AM, Sunday - Thursday.
- Good driving record.
- 2+ years of work experience preferred.
- Complete understanding of the preventative maintenance process for food, beverage, dessert, and HVAC/R equipment.
