Preventative Maintenance Coordinator/ Maintenance Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator in Groveport, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5+ years of PM planning/scheduling experience. Experience in a liquid fill environment is a strong plus. Knowledge of GMPs, OSHA safety standards, and plant maintenance principles is required. Proficiency in SAP, CMMS systems, and work order management is preferred. Strong skills in planning, organization, and inventory control are essential. A proactive mindset and ability to read technical documents, drawings, and write detailed repair reports are also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance
• Manage equipment data, repair files, and parts inventory systems
• Build and maintain a library of repair documentation and procedures
• Support development and optimization of our CMMS system
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Conduct inspections and make adjustments to maintain performance
• Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and maintenance documentation
• Help drive plant safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives
• Keep operations running smoothly by staying organized, proactive, and detail-focused

Requirements

Physical & Work Environment: Climate-controlled manufacturing facility, combination of desk work and time on the production floor, moderate noise levels with active equipment and machinery. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and wearing required PPE. Overtime and weekend work as needed to support operations.
