Duties & Responsibilities
- Sustains all department documentation and closing all work orders if needed.
- Oversees PM workflow and organization.
- Sustains maintenance system requirements including tracking, maintaining, and monitoring all support business, system indicators, ISO, KORE, Maintenance Systems, and CAAS compliance.
- Supports the Part Room Coordinator and the Asset Care Planner to kit and set up jobs for Mechanics.
- Closely works with the maintenance supervisor and Asset Care Planner to optimize PMs, creating, adjusting, combining, or deleting PMs in a continual improvement and risk-based process.
- Works closely with the local CMS administrator and maintenance supervisor to create and track all unscheduled downtime in the PHRED system and supports the creation of the needed team members to determine a root cause of unplanned downtime and implement any needed corrective actions or corrections.
- Places and creates any requested direct or indirect supply orders to the Parts Coordinator.
- Generates, evaluates, and supplies needed reports or results by using tracking tools for daily shift meetings, weekly staff meetings, and management reviews.
- Tracks and maintains all maintenance KPIs to include budget tracking, MTBF, PM complete rate, on-time and late rates, supplier usage as compared to procurement agreements.
- Maintains maintenance personnel schedule postings and backs up the Asset Care Planner for weekly maintenance scheduling of WOs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Fundamental knowledge of PM Processes
- Planning and scheduling knowledge desired
- Knowledge of Inventory control management desired
- Adequate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Shipping and receiving experience is desired
- Attention to detail CMMS Required
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others
- Ability to work independently or in a team-driven setting
- Basic decision-making skills
- Uses independent judgment dedication to continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical experience in manufacturing equipment repair or parts is preferred.
- SAP experience preferred
