Preventative Maintenance Coordinator II

About the role

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and activities using the Lucy Co-Console system. Utilize material equipment lists, logistics, and receiving reports to ensure preservation is set up prior to equipment arrival. Collaborate with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Materials Group, and QC to implement work activities as required by Vendor Documents and Project Specifications. Modify preservation activities through the changing phases of the project.

Responsibilities

• Determine project reporting requirements and produce reports as required
• Assist materials manager in determining project preventive maintenance requirements
• Manage files and documentation
• Coordinate preventive maintenance work between crafts
• Perform data entry of preservation performed as required
• Monitor project compliance with project specifications
• Conduct internal audits to ensure required equipment is set up and preserved as required
• Monitor preservation execution and conduct spot checks to ensure preservation is performed on time and satisfactorily
• Record, document, and report any non-conformance issues with QC and Project management
• Develop and provide reports and preservation metrics as required
• Interface with company, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance audits to ensure the program meets all project and contractual requirements
• Work independently and remain detail-oriented
• Solve problems effectively
• Learn preventive maintenance software of record
• Operate a personal computer to input, edit, and produce a wide range of documents and format variations within established quality and time guidelines
• Use Microsoft Office proficiently (especially Excel and Word)
• Thrive in a team working environment
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of preventive maintenance or mechanical experience
• Experience in industrial construction (preventive maintenance experience is a plus)
