About the role

The Internet Sales Coordinator (ISC) is responsible for responding to internet leads via email and phone communication. This position requires high-volume lead handling, including email and phone communications, strong qualifying ability, and consultative selling skills to generate new clients and maintain an existing customer base. The ISC will follow the dealership’s defined standards and processes and report on all sales activity to achieve sales and performance targets set by management and ownership.
