Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of automotive BDC experience
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
• Proficiency in managing follow-ups using a CRM system
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Eagerness to contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator, you will start your day reviewing fresh internet leads and inbound inquiries. You will quickly respond to customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and provide information about our extensive vehicle inventory. Throughout the day, you will manage precise follow-ups using our CRM to ensure every opportunity is captured. Collaboration with the sales team will be key as you coordinate smooth handoffs of appointments and help drive traffic into the showroom. Your communication will always be prompt and professional, with a focus on creating a positive, informed experience for every potential buyer.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Pay

Competitive salary between $60,000 and $90,000 per year.
