Who it is for

Serious stores that want one team accountable for keeping everything healthy and improving – not three vendors pointing at each other when conversions dip. It suits owners who would rather have a single monthly conversation about priorities than juggle separate ops, SEO and ads relationships. Works on PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7, 8 and 9, multistore and multilingual.

Everything in all three plans, joined up

You get the full scope of each: Store Care Plan's monitoring and operational fixes with a 3 business-hour P1 response; SEO Care Plan's monthly technical SEO audit and hygiene; Growth Care Plan's tracking, feed and ads validation. The difference is integration. When a deploy hurts Core Web Vitals, the same team sees the ops, SEO and conversion impact at once and sequences the fix sensibly – instead of three providers each filing it under “not my area.”

The pooled hours get prioritised

The 10 hours/month (cap 18h, no rollover) flow to wherever the month needs them – ops one month, a feed crisis the next, an SEO indexation issue after that. We prioritise with a simple, transparent model: each candidate item is scored on impact (revenue/risk), urgency (is it actively costing you now?) and effort, and the hours go to the highest impact-per-hour first. You see that ranking every month and can veto or re-order it – the pool is yours, and we are honest when an item is really a separate project rather than maintenance.

Why the disciplines cannot be separated on PrestaShop

On PrestaShop the disciplines are not separate problems – they share a codebase. A theme update can hurt Core Web Vitals (ops and SEO), drop a conversion tag (marketing), and change a canonical (SEO) in the same deploy. Three separate vendors each see one symptom and file the rest under “not my area”; one team sees the deploy as the root cause and fixes it once. The same is true across versions – a 1.7-to-8 or 8-to-9 upgrade touches caching, schema and tracking together – which is exactly why folding ops, SEO and marketing into one accountable team removes the gaps that cost merchants money between siloed providers.

The quarterly strategic review

Every quarter we step out of the weeds: a structured review of the previous three months and a plan for the next one, including module-fit and theme-fit guidance, set out in full in the Quarterly Strategic Review tab below. This is where the plan stops being maintenance and becomes a standing strategic voice, the one that tells you what is worth investing in and what to stop paying for.

The honesty that holds it together

We make no ranking and no ROAS guarantees, we flag when a request is a build rather than maintenance, and the most valuable thing we deliver each month is often the list of what not to spend on. An optional 24/7 emergency add-on is available for stores that need it. See the full range under Expert Services.
