Responsibilities

• Aid in the appropriate load-out of work vehicle(s) each day.
• Ensure all equipment is loaded up and accounted for before leaving the shop or a jobsite.
• Seek out opportunities to increase daily revenue through simple up-sells and additional scheduled work (when ahead of schedule).
• Complete all assignments given to you by the leaders such as the Vehicle Appearance Checklist.
• Work independently and take initiative to assist your team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings.
• Proactive in aiding when needed and willing to help with other areas or duties as requested.
• Compliance with Sea Island safety protocols.
• Situational awareness of your surroundings, ensuring tidiness and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Upkeep of personal knowledge of Sea Island’s offerings and sharing this information with all.
• Timely and positive resolution of service issues, following up as needed.
