Press Room Operator
Responsibilities
- Operate stamping press equipment according to established work instructions
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts during production runs
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and consistency
- Follow production instructions, safety requirements, and quality standards
- Package, stack, and move finished parts to designated locations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly
- Support additional production activities and cross-training opportunities as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Pay
Starting Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
11% Shift Differential for Weekend Shift
Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts
