What You'll Do
- Operate stamping, forming, tube bending, and press equipment ranging from 5-ton to 150-ton presses
- Load materials and remove finished parts from machines
- Monitor machine cycles to ensure quality and production efficiency
- Perform basic machine adjustments and support tooling changeovers
- Conduct visual inspections and basic measurements using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Complete production documentation and quality records
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- Required Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or general labor experience
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when needed
