About the role

American Plastics is a leading supplier of injection molded products with multiple facilities in 4 states. This full-time position offers a safe, clean, and positive work environment with opportunities for growth and promotion.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Compensation

• Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance.
• $0.75 shift differential for night shift: 7pm to 7am.
• $500 referral bonus, so bring your friends along!
• Fixed Schedule: 2/2/3, giving you a 3-day weekend every other week.
• 1:1 Training: 60 Hours.
