Culture Studio is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a passion for creative industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage client accounts, including order tracking, communication, and problem resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Represent Culture Studio at industry events and trade shows to promote our services and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the creative industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
