About the role

Culture Studio is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a passion for creative industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage client accounts, including order tracking, communication, and problem resolution.

  • Represent Culture Studio at industry events and trade shows to promote our services and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
