About the role

At Robroy Enclosures, Press Operators are integral in transforming raw materials into high-quality electrical enclosures that safeguard critical infrastructure. This role involves setting up and operating power presses to mold sheet-molding compound (SMC), ensuring every part adheres to safety, quality, and production standards within an ISO-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies, fixtures, and machine settings to run production efficiently
• Measure and prepare materials to spec before each run
• Inspect, deburr, drill, and finish parts to print requirements
• Make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and reduce defects
• Track production and inventory with accuracy and accountability
• Identify and address non-conforming products the right way
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all ISO and safety standards

Work Environment
