PRESS OPERATOR - D SHIFT (NIGHTS)

About the role

As the Press Operator, you will monitor and perform minor adjustments on press equipment, inspect tile for quality defects, and operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product in the shipping and receiving process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor efficient operation of press equipment.
• Inspect tile for quality defects in the manufacturing process.
• Perform minor adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Operate various powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product in shipping and receiving.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1‑year previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
