About the role

Nosler is a family-run business located in Bend, Oregon, that builds innovative and effective bullets and ammunition. We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to play a key role in producing Nosler's most famous product line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and observe related manufacturing machines
• Occasional setup, repair, and light maintenance of machinery
• Absorb and assist with regular inventory control processes

Requirements

• Familiarity and/or experience with manufacturing
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Strong basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Clear reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English
• Excellent eyesight, with or without correction, for close inspection work
• Familiarity of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches and hammers) and mechanical concepts
• Ability to practice and adhere to all workplace safety rules and precautions
• Ability to move or maneuver up to 75 lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs
• Ability to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, quality-focused, and performance-driven environment
• Ability to pass and maintain a clean drug and criminal background screening

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred

Skills

• Basic math skills
• Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Excellent eyesight
• Basic hand tools
• Understanding of mechanical concepts

Pay and Schedule

• $19-$22/hour (DOE)
• First Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
• Second Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
• Monday - Friday
