Press Assistant Nights

Responsibilities

• Aid in press setup and operation
• Load and prepare raw material rolls for production
• Retrieve ink, plate cylinders, and components for upcoming jobs
• Maintain close monitoring of ink viscosity and press quality during runs
• Clean and maintain press equipment to ensure safety and compliance with SQF food safety standards
• Handle waste, including hazardous waste materials, in an organized manner

Requirements

• Reliable and possess a strong work ethic
• Capable of working night shifts on a 3/2 rotating schedule
• Show mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Commit to safety and quality standards
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred but not required
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
