Press Assistant I (Regular - 1st Shift)

Responsibilities

• Aid the Press Operator in meeting production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Inspect materials and products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist the Press Operator with product changeovers and prepare components for subsequent runs.
• Keep the machine and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Tend to rolls and support corporate programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, and GMP.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines, including reporting unsafe conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
