Responsibilities

• Landscape & Groundskeeping: Mow lawns, trim weeds, rake leaves, water plants, and ensure outdoor areas are well-kept.
• Maintain Common Areas: Keep campsites, trails, and public spaces clean, clear, and guest-ready.
• Aid with Light Maintenance: Perform basic facility upkeep such as painting, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks.
• Waste & Debris Management: Empty trash bins, manage composting/recycling, and maintain a clean outdoor environment.
• Pool & Recreation Area Upkeep: Ensure pool, playgrounds, and other outdoor amenities are clean and safe.
• Operate & Maintain Equipment: Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with any grounds-related needs.

Requirements

• A passion for outdoor hospitality and groundskeeping.
• Experience or familiarity with landscaping tools, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, stooping, and working in various weather conditions.
• Safety to operate lawn care equipment and maintenance tools.
