Maintenance Team Member

About the role

Join the Maintenance Team at Jake’s Unlimited, Arizona’s largest indoor family entertainment center. This team is responsible for keeping the facility clean, safe, operational, and guest-ready every day.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on arcade games, attractions, rides, bowling equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and help return games and attractions to service quickly
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspections, and repair records
• Clean, organize, and maintain arcade games, attractions, equipment, and work areas
• Support facility maintenance projects including painting, basic repairs, and general upkeep
• Ensure attractions, games, and public areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with janitorial responsibilities, including cleaning guest areas, attractions, restrooms, and common spaces
• Manage inventory, parts, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements
• Support daily operations wherever needed to help deliver an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance, mechanical, technical, janitorial, facilities, automotive, construction, or related experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and performing physical work throughout the shift
• Basic computer and tablet skills for inspections, logs, and documentation
• Experience with arcade games, amusement rides, bowling equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or facility maintenance is a plus, but not required
