Maintainance
- Cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property
- Cleaning fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs
- Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness
- Pick up trash and keep the property looking great
- Stock coolers and assist with deliveries
- Provide friendly customer interactions when needed
- Report maintenance issues to store leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or able to complete employer-paid GED program)
- Eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
- Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
