Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic vision for Intelligent Water to drive revenue growth and shareholder value
- Lead global P&L portfolio ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and strategic goals
- Drive commercial excellence by strengthening market leadership and identifying new growth opportunities
- Establish and execute capital allocation priorities for optimizing returns and supporting innovation
- Foster innovation in connected products and data-enabled solutions to differentiate customer value
- Build and lead a high-performing team through talent assessment and leadership development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced executive-level master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive industrial leadership experience, with verified multi-market industrial or engineered products full portfolio P&L ownership
- Demonstrated success leading businesses, divisions, or portfolios with significant P&L responsibility
- Proven experience leading global organizations across multiple regions, cultures, and regulatory environments
- Experience serving municipal, industrial, water, wastewater, fluid-handling, infrastructure, or related end markets preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic acquisitions and business transformation efforts
