About the Role

This is an in‑person role based at our manufacturing facility. The business owner is retiring in 1‑3 years and is using this period as a transition. We are conducting a nationwide search for a driven, entrepreneurial professional to join a well‑established, growth‑ready manufacturing company with a succession plan to become President. The role is designed for someone ready to lead after gaining full knowledge of the company’s operations, products, markets, and people. You’ll work directly with the current owner and leadership team, with some overnight travel to key customers, vendors, industry partners, and trade shows.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical/Industry experience in film converting, specialty materials, or flexible packaging
• Business growth & innovation experience: proven success launching new products or entering new markets
• Strong business development, commercialization, or product management background
• Experience in small manufacturing environments (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field and/or MBA or equivalent strategic business leadership experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, product development, or technical sales
• Proven leadership and cross‑functional management capabilities
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and long‑term vision
• Experience managing senior‑level staff
