New Business Industrialization Leader

For our client, we are seeking a New Business Industrialization Leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will help shape and evaluate new venture opportunities tied to energy transition and related growth areas, with a particular focus on moving concepts from customer discovery through launch and industrialization. The position will partner closely with customers, internal leaders, and external partners to validate demand, define product-market fit, and create scalable business models. It will also play a central role in setting venture direction, managing funding discipline, and supporting commercial decisions that determine whether opportunities accelerate or pivot.
