About the Role

We are seeking a President of Executive Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the executive office—driving execution, cadence, and cross-functional coordination across the enterprise. You will own the systems and rhythms that turn strategy into consistent, measurable delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise operating cadence, priorities, and execution frameworks.
  • Drive coordination and delivery across functions and business units.
  • Lead the operations of the executive office and governance rhythms.
  • Own enterprise goal-setting, tracking, and accountability.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-cutting initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on execution and results.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, or general management leadership.
  • Proven track record turning strategy into consistent operational delivery.
  • Deep experience running cross-functional operating rhythms at scale.
  • Experience building and leading operations organizations.
  • Ability to set operating priorities and make enterprise trade-offs.
  • Board- and investor-ready communication.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running operations across multiple regions.
  • Experience leading operational transformation or scaling.
  • Prior chief-of-staff or executive-office leadership experience.
  • Operations leadership in the client's markets.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $475,000 to $625,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
