President
or drop it. So we can include a paragraph after About the role containing classification, reports to, location, contract terms. That's minor metadata. Essential Functions: list of duties grouped under headings: Board of Trustees Relations, Leadership and Community Relations, Personnel Leadership and Organizational Development, Academic and Student Success Leadership, Fiscal Stewardship and Resource Development, Strategic Planning and Institutional Advancement, Compliance and Risk Management, Other Duties. Each has bullet-like sentences. We need to output
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should create a
- with each duty as
- . Could we group by subheadings? The instruction: use
for section headings. So we could have
Responsibilities
then maybe subheadings? Not specified but we could still include? Not allowed? Only mention using
for section headings. It didn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can just list all duties as
- items under Responsibilities. However that may lose grouping but still preserve all info. Could also keep subheadings as inside
- . But better to keep as
- with the duty description. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include the subheadings as part of the li text. Requirements: Education, Experience, Skills, Physical Demands, Environmental Demands. We'll create Requirements section with education and experience as
- . Skills as separate Skills section. Physical and Environmental demands maybe also part of Requirements? Could be included as separate subpoints.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to avoid duplication.
