• Demonstrated record of successful major gift fundraising and organizational resource development.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with donors, churches, ministry partners, and institutional leaders.
• Strategic leadership experience resulting in measurable organizational growth.
• Experience working effectively with governing boards.
• Outstanding communication and public speaking abilities.
• Strong organizational leadership, financial stewardship, and operational management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to oversee the annual budgeting, audit, financial reporting, and preparation of ministry impact reports for the Board and key stakeholders.
